Steps To Enroll
- Click the “Enroll Now” button below.
- Enter your email address and hit “Go”.
- You will receive a message that looks like this: (The system has sent an email to the email address that you provided.)
- Check the email in your inbox from info@myprocare.com and enter the Confirmation Number into the confirmation number box shown above. Check your spam folder if you do not see the email in your inbox. The email looks like this:
- Once the confirmation code is entered, you will be able to create a new account in MyProCare.com. This account will be the one that you will use for a variety of things, including enrollment, registration for different sessions (Summer 2023, 2023-24 School Year, etc.), paying your bill, downloading your statements for your taxes, communication with The Growing Place staff, and more. Please include your phone carrier when asked to ensure that you receive all parent notifications in the app.
7. Once all parts of the initial account is created, you will receive a confirmation that looks like the message below as well as an email summary of your information in your inbox.
Once received, the staff will evaluate whether we have openings for the child ages that you are requesting. If so, you will receive an email with links to additional paperwork needed to complete your child’s file as well as links for payment of tuition and fees. If there are no openings available for your child’s class at this time, you will be added to a waitlist, if desired.
Please know that, as we complete set-up and open the preschool, email is, by far, the preferred communication. Once open, the ProCare Parent Engagement app will be the most efficient means of communication. Thank you for your patience as we navigate the many steps of opening.
